Cook. Eat. Linger.

Friends of many backgrounds sharing a Mediterranean feast around an indoor table

Always Sunday brings people together through food, cooking and the pleasure of sharing a table. Think hands-on cooking, worldly flavours, stories worth sharing and long afternoons with nowhere else you need to be.

Cook Together

Roll up your sleeves and find your place in the kitchen. Each gathering takes inspiration from somewhere in the world, with dishes made from scratch, side by side.

Share the Table

Everything we make comes to one long table, passed around family style, with stories from wherever you've called home.

Stay a While

A drink in hand, laughter down the table and nobody watching the clock. Sundays here are slow and unhurried.

Our Philosophy

There’s something about a Sunday afternoon that makes you want to slow down. Windows open, something wonderful cooking, music in the room, a nice drink in hand and nowhere else to be.

At Always Sunday, we bring people together to cook, discover new flavours and share a meal, inspired by kitchens and tables from around the world.

Some arrive knowing exactly what they’re doing. Others are simply curious. By the time everyone finds their place at the table, plates are being passed and strangers are starting to feel like familiar company.

Food might bring us together, but it’s everything around the table that makes us stay.

We call it Always Sunday.

A little more time for good food, good people and the moments in between.

Why Always Sunday

Nourishment, in more ways than one.

I've eaten and taken cooking classes all over the world, and lived in a few corners of it, too. Every kitchen I wandered into offered me the same thing: a sense of belonging. Those places shaped the way I cook, the flavours I love and the cuisines I keep coming back to.

Always Sunday is my way of sharing that.

Food might be the reason we gather, but it's the cooking together, the conversations that wander across cultures, the laughter and the unexpected connections that make an afternoon memorable.

Warm summer afternoons with the windows open. Autumn Sundays with soulful, slow-cooked meals. Whatever the season, you'll leave nourished in more ways than one, and not just by the food.

The Kitchen

Flour on your sleeves, wine in your hand.

Each Sunday takes us somewhere new: a Tuscan kitchen, a Levantine spread, a Valencian fire. Nobody watches from the back of the room. You'll be right in the middle of it, kneading, tasting, swapping tips with the person beside you and laughing when it goes a little wrong.

A seat for everyone

Come solo, bring someone you love, or gather your favourite people.

Arrive as strangers, leave with a few new friends. Whatever the reason you gather, there's a seat with your name on it.

Collaborations

Bring your craft to our table.

Always Sunday loves good company, including the makers, growers and producers who share our love of a long lunch. If you make something beautiful, there's a place for it here.

Food & wine

Winemakers, cheesemongers, olive oil pressers, small-batch producers. Pour your wine at the table, or let your produce star in the menu.

Home & table

Ceramists, linen makers, candle pourers, glassblowers. Dress our long table with your work and put it in people's hands.

Anything else

A co-hosted Sunday, a venue with a beautiful kitchen, a brand with a story worth telling. If it belongs around a table, we're listening.

Let's make something worth gathering for.
